On the 18th, he didn't answer Hui's call. On the 19th, he bought the new car, got the license plates in two days, and once the new car was done, he could sell it, Ming. On the 20th, he said he'd deliver the car for 6.8 (presumably in some currency) the day after tomorrow, Ming.
