¿Cómo se estructura el pago al importar un coche usado desde China?

El esquema habitual consta de dos pagos. Primero, una señal del 20%-30% para reservar el vehículo. Páguela por transferencia bancaria a la cuenta de la empresa exportadora, nunca a una cuenta personal, y guarde el comprobante. Segundo, el saldo restante, que se abona después de recibir el informe de inspección pre-embarque y antes de la carga en contenedor. En ese momento debe facilitarle el número de reserva y, a continuación, el borrador del conocimiento de embarque (B/L) para que verifique sus datos. Para operaciones de cierta envergadura, considere un servicio de depósito en garantía (escrow) o un crédito documentario: liberan el dinero solo cuando se cumplen las condiciones pactadas. Evite pagos del 100% por adelantado, descuentos por pago inmediato y acuerdos cerrados solo por mensajería. Todo debe quedar por escrito: precio, estado del vehículo, plazos y responsabilidades en caso de daños durante el transporte.

El banco de recepción devolvió el pago del coche por problemas de cumplimiento, ¿quién asume la pérdida por tipo de cambio y las comisiones?

Si el pago es devuelto por el banco debido a sanciones internacionales al país del comprador o por la falta de una fuente de fondos legítima, todas las comisiones de transferencia y las pérdidas por caída del tipo de cambio durante este período serán asumidas por el comprador.

¿Cuántos propietarios ha tenido este coche antes? ¿Un alto número de transferencias indica un mal estado del vehículo?

Proporcionaremos el registro de transferencias en el certificado de registro del vehículo. Un alto número de transferencias no necesariamente indica un mal estado (por ejemplo, transferencias internas familiares por motivos de cuotas), pero lo consideraremos como un factor de riesgo, junto con una inspección física más rigurosa para verificar su estado real.
