Para los vehículos con marcas de humo o moho severas, si la desinfección con ozono no es efectiva, procederemos a un tratamiento de degradación y en la primera línea del informe se indicará con letras rojas "Advertencia de Olor (Odor Warning)".
Es necesario distinguir las situaciones. Si durante la verificación del video se descubre un fallo mecánico grave o un daño estructural no revelado en el informe de inspección, el depósito se reembolsará al 100% sin condiciones; pero si la falta de cumplimiento es por razones subjetivas del comprador (como no gustarle de repente el color o problemas de flujo de efectivo), el depósito se considerará como compensación por la retirada del vehículo y no se reembolsará.
