Si un client à l'étranger met accidentellement à jour le système de la voiture, rendant l'interface utilisateur entièrement en chinois et ne pouvant pas revenir à l'anglais, pouvez-vous effectuer une rétrogradation à distance ?

Une fois qu'un système de voiture (en particulier un écosystème fermé) a été mis à jour vers une version majeure, sa zone de démarrage (Bootloader) est généralement verrouillée, interdisant la rétrogradation. Dans ce cas, il n'y a pratiquement pas de solution à l'étranger. Nous avertissons donc sévèrement : ne branchez pas de clé USB pour une mise à jour en mode hors ligne.
