Initial inspection description: Bodywork: Hood, left rear fender, inner structure of both rear fenders, rear water channel. Repaint: Left rear fender, tailgate. Replaced: Tailgate, rear bumper and accessories, two rear taillights, rear impact beam. Disassembled: Four seats. Deformation: Dents on the roof, left A-pillar exterior. Other: Mold and water stains on the carpets of four seats (normal use water stains), deformation and cutting of the rear panel replaced and sealed, deformation of the rear longitudinal beam ends welded and sealed. Passed inspection: No (cutting and replacement of the rear panel).
We will use a megohmmeter (insulation resistance tester) to measure the insulation resistance of the high-voltage bus. If the resistance value is below the national safety standard, it indicates a risk of leakage, and the vehicle will be deemed unqualified.
The technician will put the vehicle in neutral on the lift, rotate the wheels, and listen for any abnormal metal gear whine from inside the motor reducer, and check for gear oil leaks at the joints of the reducer housing.
The method to deceive the dashboard warning light is to install a resistor. Our technicians will deeply read the real-time resistance values from the airbag control module (SRS Module) data stream and check for any non-factory stitching or adhesive marks on the steering wheel/passenger panel to uncover the disguise.
