Front and rear bumper repainting, partial repainting of the left rear door, and bodywork repainting of the right rear fender. Modifications and upgrades: grille, leather seats, power running boards, power tailgate, wooden flooring, and power-adjustable second-row seats.
We will use a megohmmeter (insulation resistance tester) to measure the insulation resistance of the high-voltage bus. If the resistance value is below the national safety standard, it indicates a risk of leakage, and the vehicle will be deemed unqualified.
We will remove the chassis guard to physically inspect the battery pack's lower shell for serious dents or scratches, and check for signs of mud or sand intrusion in the waterproof vent at the edge of the battery pack.
Testing is mandatory. Troubleshooting electrical devices in the car is part of the standard procedure. We will test the window lift motors, mirror folding, air conditioning compressor and fan, electric seat tracks, etc. Any stuttering or failure of electronic components will be recorded.
