Each car comes with a 1-year or 30,000 km nationwide warranty, and out-of-town repairs for malfunctions. All vehicles are in excellent condition, with engines and transmissions in peak condition, no accidents, no flood damage, and no major repairs. Real photos of the vehicles are available; interested buyers can select and test drive them on-site. No deposit is required upfront; simply inspect the car and verify the documents. Under FOB terms, booking is a legal obligation of the buyer. If your freight forwarder fails to provide the shipping order (S/O) in time, resulting in vehicles exceeding the free storage period at our warehouse or port, the buyer will have to pay the high daily storage fees before shipment.
If the original owner included the factory slow charger, we will package and ship it together; if it's lost, the platform does not provide it. Note that the factory plug is a Chinese three-prong socket, and an adapter is needed overseas.
Our standard holding period is 3 business days after the deposit is paid (based on the timestamp of the payment slip). The domestic used car market in China moves very quickly, and if we do not receive the bank message confirming the deposit within the specified time, the system will automatically release the hold, and the vehicle will be re-listed for public sale.
