We implement a "node reporting system": our customer service will proactively send you on-site photos with watermarks at three key points: when the vehicle is loaded onto the trailer, when it arrives at the port for storage, and when customs clearance is completed.

Europe and some developed countries have very strict regulations on greenhouse gases. If required by customs, we will specify the exact refrigerant type and charge amount according to the vehicle's air conditioning compressor nameplate in the remarks section of the packing list and commercial invoice.

We can only infer from the existing connected maintenance records. If the records show continuity and adhere to the recommended maintenance schedule, we will assign a high credit score; if there are gaps of tens of thousands of kilometers, we will assume it was not well maintained during that period and alert you.
