The customs of the destination country has the right to disregard the commercial invoice and reassess the value based on its internal database (such as the customs valuation red book). Any additional duties incurred are a result of the importing country's policy and are fully borne by the buyer (importer).

Our standard holding period is 3 business days after the deposit is paid (based on the timestamp of the payment slip). As long as the scratches do not damage the aluminum battery pack casing and do not cause structural dents in the crash beam, we will document it in the inspection report as "Surface Scuff" and no replacement will be made.
