Accident inspection: main structure damaged, reinforcing parts damaged, panels damaged, hinges normal. Engine bay: key mechanical components normal. Exterior: 2 parts replaced, 2 parts repaired (sheet metal), 3 parts repainted. Interior: most functions normal, airbags normal, seatbelts normal, dashboard normal, instrument readings normal, lighting system normal. Start-up test: main components normal. Onboard tools: missing.
The customs of the destination country has the right to disregard the commercial invoice and reassess the value based on its internal database (such as the customs valuation red book). Any additional duties incurred are a result of the importing country's policy and are fully borne by the buyer (importer).
Under FOB or CIF terms, all risks before crossing the ship's rail are borne by the seller (us). For minor scratches, we will provide a price discount based on the damage assessment; for serious damage, we will immediately terminate the vehicle delivery, refund the full amount, or replace it with a vehicle of equivalent configuration.
The original Chinese license plates are obscured to protect the previous owner's personal privacy, and also because the plates have been forcibly reclaimed by Chinese traffic management after the vehicle completed the "transfer pending export" registration. This serves as physical proof that the vehicle has legally and compliantly completed the upgrade.
