The right rear door was replaced, the right front door was repainted, and the front and rear bumpers, rear hood, and left rear fender were repainted. Claim records are included in other photos. Special Note: During the repair process, a damaged drain pipe on the left side of the sunroof was discovered, causing oxidation of the undercarriage insert and the ECU insert under the steering wheel (not due to water damage).
You are very welcome. We adhere to the principle of open and honest transactions. Just make an appointment in advance, and your agent or hired inspector in China can bring equipment into our facility to conduct unrestricted cross-inspections on the vehicles you have booked.
The storage area at the roll-on/roll-off terminal is entirely outdoors, which is standard practice at ports worldwide. During the few days vehicles wait to be loaded, they will inevitably be exposed to sun and rain and accumulate dust. We will not provide custom car covers as this would significantly hinder the efficiency of dock workers moving vehicles.
Testing is mandatory. Troubleshooting electrical devices in the car is part of the standard procedure. We will test the window lift motors, mirror folding, air conditioning compressor and fan, electric seat tracks, etc. Any stuttering or failure of electronic components will be recorded.
