No hidden fees. The total amount on the FOB/CIF invoice is the final amount. We rely on professional supply chain operations to earn a reasonable margin and do not allow any sales personnel to privately request kickbacks or service fees from you.

What is the compensation mechanism if the seller (sellwellauto) unilaterally defaults and fails to deliver the vehicle during the contract execution period?

It rarely happens, but there is a clear mechanism. If the transaction is canceled due to our reasons (such as the vehicle being suddenly seized by judicial authorities during the transfer), we will refund the full deposit you have paid and provide additional compensation according to the penalty clauses in the contract.

What are "fire-damaged" or "flood-damaged" cars? How do you completely rule them out?

We thoroughly rule them out by checking if the cabin wiring harness is melted, if the seat belts have water stains or mold, if there is unusual rust or debris in the seat tracks and cigarette lighter, and by verifying with the insurance company for any "total loss claims." These two types of cars are an absolute sales ban for us.
