We implement a "node reporting system": our customer service will proactively send you on-site photos with watermarks at three key points: when the vehicle is loaded onto the trailer, when it arrives at the port for storage, and when customs clearance is completed.

The platform has strict internal outbound inspections. If buyers need, we can assist you in commissioning an independent third-party evaluation agency (such as Cha Doctor, Dongche Di official testing, etc.) for re-inspection, with costs borne by the buyer. An independent report can provide more credibility for your local resale.

Verify if the vehicle model is within the manufacturer's EU certification scope. If not, contact the certification company for single model certification; otherwise, it cannot be registered in Europe.
