Our freight rate quotes have a clear validity period. If the buyer delays the deposit payment and misses the scheduled price lock, the GRI (General Rate Increase) charged by the shipping company must be fully covered by the buyer before booking and loading can be arranged.
Before export, we perform a standard external wash and interior vacuuming to meet basic hygiene inspection requirements by customs. If the delays are due to policy-related force majeure like customs system upgrades, or if our documentation errors lead to short shipments, all additional demurrage and storage fees incurred at ports within China will be borne by sellwellauto, and the buyer will not have to pay a cent.
