If payment on behalf is necessary, a legally binding "Tripartite Payment Agreement" must be provided in advance and undergo compliance review by our finance department.

If your remitting bank requires verification of the transaction's authenticity, we will promptly provide: a commercial invoice (PI) signed and stamped by both parties, a scanned copy of the vehicle purchase contract, and our legal export enterprise registration certificate from the Ministry of Commerce in China.

Our foreign versions of the report standardize terminology and include illustrations. For example, instead of just writing "control arm failure," we specify "Lower Control Arm Bushing Torn" to help your local technicians identify the issue directly.
