Under FOB or CIF terms, all risks before crossing the ship's rail are borne by the seller (us). We will directly check the registration certificate (the big green book) and count the number of changes.
The vehicle's "Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate" will clearly print the records of the mortgage and its release.
