The underlying data of the China Public Security Traffic Management Network (12123 platform) has strict records for stolen vehicles. Any vehicle that is currently stolen or has had a complex criminal case that is not fully resolved cannot complete the transfer for export.
Our legal delivery milestone is based on the "Estimated Time of Departure (ETD)". If the car has been maintained at an authorized dealer, we can extract the desensitized official maintenance history (including entry time, mileage, and maintenance items) through a paid third-party data provider and provide it to you.
