We implement a "node reporting system": our customer service will proactively send you on-site photos with watermarks at three key points: when the vehicle is loaded onto the trailer, when it arrives at the port for storage, and when customs clearance is completed.

We will provide extremely accurate production year, first registration date, and Chinese emission standards (e.g., National VI). However, the final responsibility for confirming whether this data complies with the importing country's regulations lies with the buyer, and you need to submit it to the local customs for verification before placing an order.

This is a key legal issue. If the inspection is conducted by a third party appointed by us, we will be the primary responsible party and provide limited compensation to you, after which we will seek reimbursement from the inspection agency; if the inspection agency is designated by you personally (such as SGS), you will need to file a claim directly with that agency according to its service terms.
