Supply and demand determine prices. In the Chinese market, mainstream colors like black and white have much higher resale values and market circulation speeds compared to less popular colors (like pink or bright green). To ensure the legal rights of both parties, the "International Used Car Sales Contract" we signed is in both Chinese and English. Generally, the contract is governed by Chinese law. All liabilities for breach of contract and force majeure clauses will be clearly defined in the contract.
It must be stated objectively: used cars in China are produced according to national standards (GB) and have not been originally certified by Saudi SASO or GSO of Gulf countries. Buyers must find a local agent with customs clearance capabilities to complete the clearance through exemption documents or compliant modifications after arrival (such as wrapping or adding specific alarms).
