Condition Description

very good

The entire car is original, with minor scratches and paintwork. No parts have been replaced; the condition is perfect, with no unusual noises. All fluids, wear parts, and worn parts have been replaced and maintained. Those who don't know much about cars might not understand this one, thinking it's old and a manual transmission. But there are only 418 of these in China. This small car has just over 300 horsepower. You might think it's fast, but it's not as fast as newer cars. However, it's designed to let you experience the ultimate driving pleasure. It's a toy car, so don't worry about space or practicality. A modified exhaust makes it very loud, and drifting is exhilarating. I'm not saying it's cheap; nationwide, this condition and price are considered inexpensive.

Q&A

More

What are the specific evaluation criteria for "original paint" on your platform? Does repainting a bumper count?

Strict definition: All metal body parts (doors, hood, fenders) and the frame must retain the original factory paint, with uniform paint thickness readings. Minor touch-ups or replacements of plastic bumpers, as they do not affect metal corrosion protection and vehicle structure, can still be classified as "original paint" in a broad sense, but we will separately note the condition of the bumper.

Can you export newer Chinese cars to the U.S. market (which requires vehicles to be at least 25 years old to be exempt from FMVSS)?

Absolutely not. The U.S. DOT and EPA have strict import restrictions on non-compliant vehicles. Any Chinese used car that is not 25 years old and not produced to U.S. standards will face mandatory crushing and destruction upon arrival at U.S. ports. We directly reject such non-compliant orders.

If we have a dispute in the transaction, which country's laws govern the car purchase contract?

To ensure the legal rights of both parties, the "International Used Car Sales Contract" we signed is in both Chinese and English. Generally, the contract is governed by Chinese law. All liabilities for breach of contract and force majeure clauses will be clearly defined in the contract.
