Vehicle has 1 key, no insurance, not inspected. Estimated 20 working days to release the title lien. If the title cannot be released, full refund of vehicle price and inbound logistics fee only. Mileage is based on actual odometer display; abnormal mileage risk to be accepted by buyer. Potential second lien risk. Vehicle condition report is based on non-disassembly static inspection; dynamic condition and other non-inspected items to be verified on actual vehicle. Three-way catalytic converter not used as arbitration basis. If annual inspection or insurance expires, related costs are borne by buyer.
If the system reports "storage card error," we will consider it as damage or loss of the original owner's personal items, and the platform will not provide a new high-speed TF card for free; the buyer must purchase a replacement after arriving at the port.
Compliance with the law is an absolute requirement for exports. All vehicles exported through our platform must complete the following legal processes: release all domestic bank mortgages, pay all traffic fines, and complete the formal deregistration for "transfer pending export" with the Chinese public security traffic management department. Only vehicles with 100% clear ownership can be approved for export permits.
It's extremely difficult. The security level of Chinese brand immobilizers is very high, and you must connect a specialized factory computer to the vehicle's OBD and be online with the domestic server to match it. Losing all keys usually means you need to replace the entire lock cylinder and anti-theft control module while overseas.
