We implement a "node reporting system": our customer service will proactively send you on-site photos with watermarks at three key points: when the vehicle is loaded onto the trailer, when it arrives at the port for storage, and when customs clearance is completed.

If General Average is triggered, all cargo owners must share the rescue costs. If you purchased marine insurance with a "General Average included" clause under CIF terms through us, the insurance company will cover this high shared cost for you; if you are an uninsured FOB buyer, you will need to pay it yourself.

Our standard holding period is 3 business days after the deposit is paid (based on the timestamp of the payment slip). The domestic used car market in China moves very quickly, and if we do not receive the bank message confirming the deposit within the specified time, the system will automatically release the hold, and the vehicle will be re-listed for public sale.
