We will require the vehicle's state of charge (SOC) to be maintained in a safe dormant range of 30%-50% before loading, and we will insure you for all marine risks under CIF terms. The inspection report only represents the physical condition of the vehicle at the moment the inspection was completed (down to the minute). Once the vehicle begins long-distance inland towing or international shipping, the report no longer guarantees the future condition due to drastic environmental changes.
The underlying data of the China Public Security Traffic Management Network (12123 platform) has strict records for stolen vehicles. Any vehicle that is currently stolen or has had a complex criminal case that is not fully resolved cannot complete the transfer for export.
