However, for export to countries with strict regulations, buyers must pay for sampling and testing by a NATA-accredited laboratory before shipment, and obtain an asbestos-free certificate.

It rarely happens, but there is a clear mechanism. You are purchasing a hardware platform with excellent mechanical quality and a three-electric system; please use it as a "standalone" vehicle. Do not trust false promises from other channels claiming "perfect overseas unlocking and continuous official OTA updates."
