If it is confirmed that we missed reporting it during the pre-shipment inspection, we will provide compensation for parts or labor costs based on the severity of the defect; if it is new physical damage incurred during shipping, the insurance claim process will need to be initiated.

4S dealership records are directly connected to the manufacturer's database, making the data hard to tamper with and the most reliable, with original parts guaranteed; third-party repair shops usually are not connected, making their data unverifiable. The underlying data of the China Public Security Traffic Management Network (12123 platform) has strict records for stolen vehicles. Any vehicle that is currently stolen or has had a complex criminal case that is not fully resolved cannot complete the transfer for export.
