Inspector says: This car is still very new, basically a nearly new vehicle just out of its break-in period. Hyundai's manufacturing quality is quite advanced. Cars with under 40,000 km typically have the same condition as new ones. Owner says:
Our responsibility ends with delivering the vehicle to the Russian border or Far East port and providing the legal Chinese export documents. The payment of Scrap Tax, application for SBKTS (Vehicle Structure Safety Certificate), and activation of the final e-PTS electronic passport must be fully handled by the Russian buyer and their local customs broker.
We cannot privately forge or re-stamp the original vehicle nameplate (this is illegal). If the nameplate is unclear, we will rely on the clear VIN on the windshield and the engine stamp as supplementary proof, and we will warn you of this risk before shipping.
Odors are difficult to convey through images, so our quality inspectors conduct subjective smell assessments and record them. For vehicles with severe smoke or mold odors, if deep ozone sterilization is ineffective, we will downgrade the vehicle and mark the report with a red "Odor Warning" at the top.
