Some brands (like BYD and MG) have native multilingual systems that can switch to English directly; however, some models designed for the Chinese domestic market only have a Chinese interface. For systems that only have Chinese, we can assist with compliant system flashing (installing international firmware) or adding modules that support Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, so you can use Google Maps. It's not mandatory. Four-wheel alignment and dynamic balance are part of routine maintenance. During long-distance towing and sea transport, the suspension may experience slight changes in stress. We recommend that buyers perform a four-wheel alignment locally after picking up the vehicle at the destination port and replacing tires suitable for local road conditions.

If the original owner included the factory slow charger, we will package and ship it together; if it's lost, the platform does not provide it. Note that the factory plug is a Chinese three-prong socket, and an adapter is needed overseas.
