Under international practices and our standard CIF/FOB terms, the THC at the port of origin (China) is borne by the seller; all THC and port miscellaneous charges incurred at the destination port during unloading are to be paid by the buyer (consignee) upon local customs clearance and pickup.

It depends on the specific brand and model. Some brands (like BYD and MG) have native multilingual systems that can switch to English directly; however, some models designed for the Chinese domestic market only have a Chinese interface. For systems that only have Chinese, we can assist with compliant system flashing (installing international firmware) or adding modules that support Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, so you can use Google Maps. Under FOB or CIF terms, all risks before crossing the ship's rail are borne by the seller (us). For minor scratches, we will provide a price discount based on the damage assessment; for serious damage, we will immediately terminate the vehicle delivery, refund the full amount, or replace it with a vehicle of equivalent configuration.
