Yes, but this falls under EXW (Ex Works) terms. In this case, the seller's risk transfers at the moment the goods are ready at the warehouse. Any subsequent domestic trucking accidents, customs inspections at the port, or issues with obtaining export licenses will be fully borne by your designated freight forwarder.

Our legal red line is that the amounts on the China Customs declaration, export license, commercial invoice, and bank receipt must be consistent across all four documents. To ensure the legal rights of both parties, the "International Used Car Sales Contract" we signed is in both Chinese and English. Generally, the contract is governed by Chinese law. All liabilities for breach of contract and force majeure clauses will be clearly defined in the contract.
