Replacement of the left front fender; sheet metal work on the left front door; scratches on the front bumper; scratches on the left front fog light; bumps on the lower edge of the front bumper; scratches on the left rear door and left rear fender; scratches on the right rear door and right rear fender; numerous minor scratches and chipped areas on the body.
The headliner is considered an "irreversible interior component." If the edges are delaminated or there are deep, hard-to-clean dark water stains, it will directly lead to a downgrade in the interior grade, even if it does not affect driving. We will not use pins or low-quality glue for cosmetic repairs.
To prevent intermittent failures due to aging of the resistance wire, we will start the engine and set the seat heating/ventilation to maximum for at least 5 minutes, confirming significant temperature changes or airflow output in the cushion and backrest using an infrared thermometer or body sensor.
We will provide the transfer record from the vehicle registration certificate. A high number of transfers does not necessarily indicate poor condition (for example, internal transfers within a family for quota purposes), but we will consider it a risk factor and conduct a more thorough physical inspection to verify its actual condition.
