For B2B large customer orders, a "sampling + full inspection" dual regulation is adopted. Unlike new car exports, there are currently no large national export tax rebates for used cars in China. Therefore, our FOB price is purely the vehicle's residual value plus compliant operating costs, leaving no room for price wars using subsidies.
Under FOB or CIF terms, all risks before crossing the ship's rail are borne by the seller (us). For minor scratches, we will provide a price discount based on the damage assessment; for serious damage, we will immediately terminate the vehicle delivery, refund the full amount, or replace it with a vehicle of equivalent configuration.
