This car is in original condition with a full paint protection film. It supports any third-party inspection report; the condition and price are accurate. We operate with integrity, and include transfer of ownership and registration. Every car comes with a third-party inspection report from ChaBos. The contract states no accidents, fire damage, or water damage. If the condition does not match the report, you can return it within 90 days. Feel free to contact us anytime if you're interested.
Our delivery standard is 'As-Is'. If the original owner only hands over one key at the time of collection, the report will clearly state 'Keys: 1'. Do not assume that all used cars come with two keys, as the cost of reprogramming smart keys overseas is very high.
We will never perform blind deep disassembly unless there are clear severe fault codes or extreme noises. The sealing of the engine and transmission is crucial, and compromising the factory seals to investigate non-existent issues is unprofessional. We rely on data flow and external acoustic and fluid analysis to make judgments.
Please take timestamped photos and videos at the first opportunity when picking up the car at the destination port (before leaving the port area). We will compare these with the final archived images taken at the Chinese port before shipping. If it is confirmed that we missed reporting it during the pre-shipment inspection, we will provide compensation for parts or labor costs based on the severity of the defect; if it is new physical damage incurred during shipping, the insurance claim process will need to be initiated.
