As long as the vehicle enters the port area and customs clearance is completed within the agreed timeframe, any delays in shipping schedules due to the shipping company's capacity adjustments will not be considered a breach on our part. We use quantitative standards. Minor scratches less than 3 cm that do not reach the base coat (which can be polished) are considered normal wear; scratches over 3 cm deep to the base coat or dents larger than 2 cm in diameter will be highlighted in the inspection report's "Appearance Defect Distribution Map" with close-up photos.

We must inform you objectively: Most Chinese car manufacturers' connected services (cloud servers) are restricted by data security regulations and overseas network limitations. Once the vehicle leaves China, the factory-installed SIM card will become inactive. This means that official OTA upgrades and factory mobile app remote controls (like pre-cooling the car or unlocking doors) typically cannot be used overseas. The vehicle will operate as a standalone version, but this will not affect basic driving and physical button functions.
