The storage area at the roll-on/roll-off terminal is entirely outdoors, which is standard practice at ports worldwide. During the few days vehicles wait to be loaded, they will inevitably be exposed to sun and rain and accumulate dust. We will not provide custom car covers as this would significantly hinder the efficiency of dock workers moving vehicles.
Chinese standard electric vehicles use the national standard (GB/T) charging interface. If your country uses the European standard (CCS2), American standard (CCS1), or Japanese standard (CHAdeMO), the vehicle cannot be plugged directly into local charging stations. Air suspension is very delicate. If, after the vehicle has been stationary for about 12 hours, the height on one side of the vehicle drops more than 1.5 cm when measured from the wheel arch to the tire, we will determine that there is a slight air leak in the air spring or distribution valve on that side and warn you of the high subsequent repair costs.
