There are various reasons, including but not limited to: financial needs, restrictions from lottery policies, moving abroad, or dissatisfaction with certain features of the vehicle. Europe and some developed countries have very strict regulations on greenhouse gases. If required by customs, we will specify the exact refrigerant type and charge amount according to the vehicle's air conditioning compressor nameplate in the remarks section of the packing list and commercial invoice.
To ensure the legal rights of both parties, the "International Used Car Sales Contract" we signed is in both Chinese and English. Generally, the contract is governed by Chinese law. All liabilities for breach of contract and force majeure clauses will be clearly defined in the contract.
