Many hybrid vehicles require access to "maintenance mode" via engineering computers to allow the water pump to run at full speed for exhaust. Our responsibility ends with delivering the vehicle to the Russian border or Far East port and providing the legal Chinese export documents. The payment of Scrap Tax, application for SBKTS (Vehicle Structure Safety Certificate), and activation of the final e-PTS electronic passport must be fully handled by the Russian buyer and their local customs broker.

We will provide the transfer record from the vehicle registration certificate. A high number of transfers does not necessarily indicate poor condition (for example, internal transfers within a family for quota purposes), but we will consider it a risk factor and conduct a more thorough physical inspection to verify its actual condition.
