If required by customs, we will specify the exact refrigerant type and charge amount according to the vehicle's air conditioning compressor nameplate in the remarks section of the packing list and commercial invoice.

The storage area at the roll-on/roll-off terminal is entirely outdoors, which is standard practice at ports worldwide. During the few days vehicles wait to be loaded, they will inevitably be exposed to sun and rain and accumulate dust. We will not provide custom car covers as this would significantly hinder the efficiency of dock workers moving vehicles.

We do not rely on the seller's verbal assurances. We provide multi-dimensional accident-free certification by cross-referencing insurance claims records, service orders from authorized dealerships, and conducting on-site paint thickness measurements and weld point inspections of the chassis and structural components (longitudinal beams, A/B/C pillars, shock absorber mounts).
