Our responsibility ends with delivering the vehicle to the Russian border or Far East port and providing the legal Chinese export documents. We will proactively provide a third-party inspection report (such as from Check Doctor), support customers in re-inspection at the store, and promise "return of major accident vehicles."
If the original owner included the factory slow charger, we will package and ship it together; if it's lost, the platform does not provide it. Note that the factory plug is a Chinese three-prong socket, and an adapter is needed overseas.
