Our company mainly deals in mid-to-high-end used cars and luxury cars, offering services such as purchase and sale, trade-in, consignment, appraisal, car insurance, financial services, and vehicle transfer. 3. We maintain a stock of over 1200 vehicles year-round (actual photos of the vehicles). More premium cars are available for selection in our online store. 4. Worry-free after-sales service: one-year/20,000 km warranty (based on the original vehicle's warranty). Transparent vehicle condition, premium service, and worry-free consumption. 5. Dah Chong Hong offers a 3-day return policy, a 7-day exchange policy, and lifetime free oil changes for vehicles on the second floor! (Subject to the vehicle purchase contract.) It rarely happens, but there is a clear mechanism. If the transaction is canceled due to our reasons (such as the vehicle being suddenly seized by judicial authorities during the transfer), we will refund the full deposit you have paid and provide additional compensation according to the penalty clauses in the contract.
Pure electric vehicles are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods due to their large lithium batteries, leading to strict shipping regulations. Shipping companies have high requirements for the loading position and fire isolation measures for dangerous goods, and some roll-on/roll-off ships refuse to accept used EVs. As a result, EVs often require more expensive special container shipping and incur additional handling fees for hazardous materials.
We mainly collaborate with professional organizations certified by China's national CMA (Certification of Inspection and Testing Institutions). If you need the highest level of international endorsement, we can arrange for independent inspection agencies like SGS or TÜV to conduct Pre-Shipment Inspections (PSI) before loading at the port.
