There are signs of repainting, but the overall paintwork is good, ruling out major accidents. Demurrage is a penalty charged by the port or shipping company for not clearing and picking up goods on time after they arrive. To avoid it: send customs documents in advance and ensure the recipient is prepared with duties and import qualifications.
We conduct basic visual inspections and freezing point tests. If the antifreeze's freezing point is insufficient or the engine oil is severely degraded, we will document it. However, considering the shipping duration, we strongly recommend a comprehensive "Full Fluid Service" upon arrival.
Please take timestamped photos and videos at the first opportunity when picking up the car at the destination port (before leaving the port area). We will compare these with the final archived images taken at the Chinese port before shipping. If it is confirmed that we missed reporting it during the pre-shipment inspection, we will provide compensation for parts or labor costs based on the severity of the defect; if it is new physical damage incurred during shipping, the insurance claim process will need to be initiated.
