We implement a "node reporting system": our customer service will proactively send you on-site photos with watermarks at three key points: when the vehicle is loaded onto the trailer, when it arrives at the port for storage, and when customs clearance is completed.

We cannot privately forge or re-stamp the original vehicle nameplate (this is illegal). If the nameplate is unclear, we will rely on the clear VIN on the windshield and the engine stamp as supplementary proof, and we will warn you of this risk before shipping.

Odometer tampering is a common risk in the global used car industry. We verify the data by extracting transmission mileage from the OBD computer, checking the most recent maintenance record's mileage, and consulting the national traffic management app for annual inspection records. If there are irreconcilable discrepancies or conflicts in the data, we classify it as a tampered vehicle and refuse to export it.
