We implement a "node reporting system": our customer service will proactively send you on-site photos with watermarks at three key points: when the vehicle is loaded onto the trailer, when it arrives at the port for storage, and when customs clearance is completed.

Unless the previous owner retained the original parts and provided them to us, we usually keep the existing modifications and clearly state in the report "includes non-original modifications." Since the standards for illegal modifications vary by country, buyers should assess whether these modifications can legally pass inspection in their destination country.

Our shipping quotes are typically valid for only 7 to 14 days. If a CIF contract is signed and there are significant fluctuations in shipping costs due to war surcharges or route changes imposed by the shipping company before the vehicle is actually loaded, we will transparently provide you with the official price increase notice from the shipping company. At that point, we reserve the right to renegotiate the freight difference or allow you to change the trade terms to FOB, letting you designate your own freight forwarder for booking.
