If your country uses the European standard (CCS2), American standard (CCS1), or Japanese standard (CHAdeMO), the vehicle cannot be plugged directly into local charging stations. Unless the previous owner retained the original parts and provided them to us, we usually keep the existing modifications and clearly state in the report "includes non-original modifications." Since the standards for illegal modifications vary by country, buyers should assess whether these modifications can legally pass inspection in their destination country.

Most leading Chinese brands' car systems support "offline voice commands" (like adjusting temperature and opening windows). However, if recognition fails due to accent or language limitations (only standard Chinese is supported), you can always control it via the physical screen.
