Our FOB vehicle quotes are typically valid for 72 hours (as domestic retail vehicle sources can be sold at any time); sea freight quotes are valid for 7 to 14 days (depending on shipping line changes). The V2L output standard for domestic models in China is 220V/50Hz. If your country's power grid standard is 110V/60Hz (like in some parts of North America), you cannot directly power local high-power appliances and will need an external transformer.
It rarely happens, but there is a clear mechanism. If the transaction is canceled due to our reasons (such as the vehicle being suddenly seized by judicial authorities during the transfer), we will refund the full deposit you have paid and provide additional compensation according to the penalty clauses in the contract.
