Metal parts have original paint; plastic parts and easily damaged parts cannot be inspected; taillights have water vapor; multiple exterior and interior trim panels have been glued on; a modified dashcam has been installed; multiple wiring modifications have been made to the interior; tools are included; the X3 system does not have this model, so a Traveler was used as a substitute; front bumper has been repainted; the left front door has no trace of repair. All documents will be uploaded after the transfer of ownership. Initial upload, as the vehicle has not yet been picked up and some documents are missing; these will be provided later.
Test-drive cars experience much more mechanical wear due to extreme conditions like cold starts and emergency braking compared to regular family cars. We can identify this by tracing whether the first owner was a 4S dealership or the manufacturer. If so, we will reassess its value based on "operational intensity" standards.
During the stationary steering test, the technician will check the smoothness of the steering wheel from full left to full right, looking for any unusual noises from the steering gear; they will also inspect the hydraulic power steering pump (if present) and the seals of the steering column for any hydraulic fluid leakage.
To prevent intermittent failures due to aging of the resistance wire, we will start the engine and set the seat heating/ventilation to maximum for at least 5 minutes, confirming significant temperature changes or airflow output in the cushion and backrest using an infrared thermometer or body sensor.
