Original vehicles, one owner, can be transferred through three parties. The vehicle source is provided by Jinyutang Car Dealer Platform. Jinyutang does not participate in the actual vehicle transaction. For details regarding vehicle condition and other issues, please consult the car dealer.
To ensure the legal rights of both parties, the "International Used Car Sales Contract" we signed is in both Chinese and English. Generally, the contract is governed by Chinese law. All liabilities for breach of contract and force majeure clauses will be clearly defined in the contract.
We will honestly inform you of the common issues with this model (such as the water pump failure in certain German cars) and show that this car has had the improved parts replaced.
4S dealership records are directly connected to the manufacturer's database, making the data hard to tamper with and the most reliable, with original parts guaranteed; third-party repair shops usually are not connected, making their data unverifiable. Therefore, we only consider the connected records from 4S dealerships as valid historical documentation.
