Q&A

More

Is the platform responsible if the car wireless charging panel cannot charge due to the buyer's outdated phone model?

The vehicle's wireless charging module (usually Qi protocol) is considered functional as long as it can properly sense and light up with our tested mainstream models. The seller is not responsible for charging issues caused by the buyer's personal electronic device compatibility.

How long is your quotation valid? What is the basis for re-quoting after it expires?

Our FOB vehicle quotes are typically valid for 72 hours (as domestic retail vehicle sources can be sold at any time); sea freight quotes are valid for 7 to 14 days (depending on shipping line changes). After expiration, prices need to be recalculated based on real-time exchange rates and domestic procurement conditions.

When shipping by RoRo vessel, is the "Terminal Handling Charge (THC)" at the destination port prepaid by your freight forwarder or paid by the buyer upon arrival?

Under international practices and our standard CIF/FOB terms, the THC at the port of origin (China) is borne by the seller; all THC and port miscellaneous charges incurred at the destination port during unloading are to be paid by the buyer (consignee) upon local customs clearance and pickup.
