Under FOB or CIF terms, all risks before crossing the ship's rail are borne by the seller (us). The registration certificate will show whether the previous owner was an individual (registered with ID) or a company (registered with a business license). Vehicles under a company may be driven by multiple people, so we will focus on checking the uniformity of interior wear and the condition of the chassis.
Chinese customs strictly prohibits the export of assembled or cut vehicles that meet mandatory scrapping standards. Since our pre-inspection is very strict, this situation is highly unlikely. However, if the vehicle is detained and returned by customs due to a policy misjudgment, we will fully refund your deposit without interest, ensuring you bear no policy risk.
