If it is confirmed that we missed reporting it during the pre-shipment inspection, we will provide compensation for parts or labor costs based on the severity of the defect; if it is new physical damage incurred during shipping, the insurance claim process will need to be initiated.

Our technical report will read the environmental information from the vehicle's factory-issued documentation (including certifications like National V, National VI, etc.). You need to submit the specific emission limit data we provide (such as grams of CO, THC, NOx emissions) to your country's environmental or customs authorities for compliance comparison.

After receiving the final payment, we will send you the complete set of original customs clearance documents via DHL or FedEx, which typically includes: - Bill of Lading (B/L) - Commercial Invoice - Packing List - Certificate of Origin (CO) - Used Vehicle Export License issued by the Ministry of Commerce of China Note: If your local customs requires additional documents (such as VIN consistency certificate), please inform us in advance before shipping.
