Overall: Overall vehicle condition is average. The body frame structure shows no deformation or twisting, and there are no signs of fire or water damage. There are signs of repainting, but the overall paintwork is good, ruling out major accidents. Wide field of vision, suitable for beginners; spacious, bright, and well-ventilated interior, suitable for family commuting.
Under FOB or CIF terms, all risks before crossing the ship's rail are borne by the seller (us). For minor scratches, we will provide a price discount based on the damage assessment; for serious damage, we will immediately terminate the vehicle delivery, refund the full amount, or replace it with a vehicle of equivalent configuration.
It will cause serious obstacles. China's foreign exchange controls are extremely strict. If the remittance note and the remitter do not match our declared contract, the bank will reject the transaction (Pending). We will need to spend several days submitting additional explanations to the foreign exchange authority, which will inevitably delay the shipping schedule.
If General Average is triggered, all cargo owners must share the rescue costs. If you purchased marine insurance with a "General Average included" clause under CIF terms through us, the insurance company will cover this high shared cost for you; if you are an uninsured FOB buyer, you will need to pay it yourself.
